Actress Kelli Giddish has grown her family! The Law and Order: SVU star announced she welcomed her third baby, her first with her husband Beau Richards, on June 20th. The little one was born less than a month after Kelli’s pregnancy was revealed.
Kelli shared an image of herself lying beside her newborn and her husband to announce the news. The couple welcomed a son and chose to name him Oldie Richards. “My husband and I welcomed Oldie Richards on June 20th,” she began in the caption of her post, “and we are so in love and so very grateful. Oldie- you’ve brought immeasurable JOY to me and your daddy and your two brothers (and your grandparents and aunts and uncles!). You wake up smiling and the light you bring to each moment is truly incredible.”
News of Kelli’s pregnancy was revealed in a bit of an unconventional way. The actress’s friend Fern Mallis, New York Fashion Week creator, shared a series of images from a Memorial Day celebration that featured a very pregnant Kelli. Reps for the actress later confirmed that she was expecting her third baby. The All My Children alum later posted about her pregnancy on her Instagram page on June 1st by sharing a snap of her and her husband with the caption, “can’t wait to welcome our baby boy soon!”
Kelli shares two sons named Ludo and Charlie with her ex-husband Lawrence Faulborn, whom she divorced in 2018. Kelli and Beau tied the knot in February 2022 in New Orleans.
